New Construction Micropiles

Drilled micropiles are excellent in urban areas or sites with limited access. Micropiles are high capacity, small diameter (5" to 12") drilled and grouted in-place piles designed with steel reinforcement to primarily resist structural loading. The grout creates a bond between the interior casing wall and structural bar, as well as the external casing wall and the soil. Design loads range from 75 to 300 tons. Micropiles offer an excellent alternative for foundations in urbanized areas or in locations with low headroom and restricted access. They can be installed in virtually any ground condition with minimal vibration and disturbance to existing structures.
New Construction - Helicals
Helical Pier® Foundation Systems manufactured by CHANCE® offer another excellent solution for foundation designers. They can provide anchor capacity for building structures and towers subjected to wind loads and can be used in bearing applications as well. The design for ultimate and allowable bearing or anchor loads for helical products is established by classical geotechnical theory, supplemented by empirical data developed from field load tests. Other applications for this product include foundation support for signs and light standards, slab underpinning, and column underpinning.
