Cellular Concrete

Our experienced crews use state-of-the-art equipment to produce and install high quality cellular concrete for a wide variety of construction applications. Densities and strengths can be altered to meet your job specific needs. Projects that utilize cellular (foam) concrete include annular space grouting, filling abandoned lines/structures, load reducing fills and lightweight backfills. The newest development in our industry is Geofill Pervious, an open cell, permeable lightweight material that can be used to reduce loads laterally and vertically without disturbing or redirecting natural water flow.

Pressure Grouting

We specialize in the repair of slab on grade and other construction problems related to underlying soil or sub-base problems. Methods include slabjacking with high density water blown polyurethanes to raise settled pavements, undersealing to stabilize curled, rocking slabs in warehouse distribution centers and cement/chemical grouting for soil improvement/water control.

Foundation Systems

We solve foundation problems for existing and new buildings and other structures. These problems are often related to poor soil conditions, inadequate design or adjacent construction. We are an authorized installer of Atlas Piers® and CHANCE® civil construction helical systems. Applications include underpinning, tiebacks, soil retention and new construction. For new construction deep-foundation systems requiring high capacity, we install drilled micropiles.
